Capri Pass is an interior body of water that leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. It's an ideal location for beginner riders, but still has enough interest for experienced riders that it's worth checking out. Avoid going too far North into Johnson Bay, as depths can quickly become quite shallow. Calhoun Channel is worth checking out, but take care to follow channel markers if you ride north of Johnson Island.
Cloudy, but otherwise clean and salty.
You may encounter boat traffic, but it seems to be limited from our experience.
Conditions inside of the pass are generally calm and friendly to beginners. More advanced riders can warm up in the pass before foiling out to the gulf.

This is a great launch location. Feel free to use the restaurant parking to unload, but move your car to the free parking across the street before you start foiling. The restaurant is friendly to non-patrons using their bathroom (but be respectful!), and the bar will probably let you recharge your EFoil battery if you ask nicely.
