Cinco Bayou is one of the best spots for new efoilers in the Florida Panhandle. Located in Fort Walton Beach, you’ll find smooth water, easy conditions and vast spaces for practicing your figure-8's. The bayou is big enough to explore, but not too big where riders are likely to get lost.

Water Quality
The water quality is a mix of salt and fresh water. It’s not crystal clear like the nearby Gulf of Mexico, but it’s much cleaner than other bayous we have investigated.
Heavy Boat Traffic
Light, except for weekends and during summer months.
Recommended Rider Experience
Cinco Bayou is excellent training ground for both new riders, and those looking to practice riding in easy, smooth water.
